Pljeskavice od tunjevine
Odmorite organizam i stomak od mesa i napravite fenomenalne pljeskavice od tunjevine koje su pogodne i za one što praktikuju paleo način ishrane.

Potrebni sastojci:
- 1 šolja tunjevine (oceđene)
- 1 manja glavica ljubičastog luka (sitno naseckanog)
- 1 mala čili papričica, sitno naseckana
- 1 čen belog luka, izgnječen
- 1 jaje
- 2 kašike paradajz pirea
- 1 kašika kokosovog brašna
- So, biber
Sve sastojke sipajte u posudu i dobro izmešajte tako da se svi sastojci sjedine. Nakon toga oblikujte pljeskavice, slažite u tepsiju obloženu masnim papirom i pecite 10 minuta u rerni zagrejanoj na 175C. Poslužite uz sveža peciva, salatu i umake po želji.
