Meksičke lazanje
Šta mislite da standardnu testeninu za lazanje zamenite tortiljama i italijanske pretvorite u meksičke lazanje? Sjajna ideja za nesvakidašnji ručak.

Potrebni sastojci:
- 6 tortilja od brašna celovitog zrna žitarica ili kukuruznog
- 2 šolje skuvanog iseckanog pilećeg mesa (iskoristite ostatke)
- Konzerva 400 g pasulja
- Konzerva graška
- Teglica meksičke salse
- Šolja jogurta
- Velika zelena paprika iseckana na kockice
- 100 g maslina
- Šolja naribanog tvrdog sira
- Sveži korijander ili peršun
Uključite rernu da se greje na 170C.
Ako imate skuvano meso, ne morate paliti šporet već samo slagati lazanje u vatrostalnu posudu sledećim redosledom.
Na dno posude stavite tortilje, preko tortilja iseckano meso –pasulj – salsa – jogurt – zelene paprike – masline i sir. Preko sira stavite još jedan sloj tortilja pa sve ponovite istim redosledom.
Na vrh stavite tortilje, bogato ih prelijte salsom, pospite sirom i pecite 20-ak minuta.
